On this date in 1991, Fox television broadcast the special Ray Charles: 50 Years Of Music ,a star-studded tribute to the performer.  Our and more.  The duet between Ray and Stevie was the only time the two performers appeared together.  Along with Stevie, performers included Willie Nelson, Paul McCartney, Randy Travis, Michael Bolton, and others.
