Even though Christmas and New Years Day are both on Thursdays this year, you can still enjoy “The Grooveyard”. In fact, we have some special shows planned over the next month. Here’s the details:
Thursday, December 18 9-11 PM: Our annual holiday show.
Lots of holiday music, Grooveyard style.
Thursday, December 25: Christmas.
We’ll be off enjoying the holiday and looking forward to our special the following night…
A six-hour special edition of “The Grooveyard”, when we unveil the results of our expanded listener survey. Less talk and more music on the air, plus videos and trivia about the songs and artists online as the survey progresses. The pre-survey show–when we replay last year’s Top 20–starts at 6 PM, and the survey begins at 7 PM.
Thursday, January 1: New Years Day.
Happy New Year! We’ll be off, resolving to share an even better show for our listeners in 2015.
Thursday, January 8, 9 PM: We’re Back!
“The Grooveyard” returns, along with the Top Ten @ 10 and other features.
Saturday, January 10, 7-10 PM: We’re having a party!
The premiere of the “Saturday Soiree”, our sister show with the same features as “The Grooveyard”, but with the music of 1964 through the early 1970s. Stay tuned for details. It’s the Saturday Soiree…where it’s always a party!
