This Week: Sedaka’s Back, Cream Says Goodbye

The music of Neil Sedaka and Cream are featured this week on “The Grooveyard” and “Saturday Soiree”.

Thursday night at 9 PM, host Alan Seltzer notes the 1956 anniversary of when Neil Sedaka recorded his first charted hit, “The Diary”, by playing some of his hits and some rarely-heard songs. There will also be updates on voting in this year’s Grooveyard Great 88 listener survey.  The Top Ten @ 10 features the top songs of October 1, 1956.
