This Weekend: Flashback 1960


It was the year of the first televised presidential debate…when Elvis was discharged from the Army…when the fight against segregation took place at a lunch counter at Woolworth’s …and Mary Martin performed “Peter Pan” live on television for the first time.

Saturday night at 7 9 PM, Alan Seltzer will play the top hits of 1960 in a Flashback special show on “The Grooveyard”.  We’ll count down the Top 50 songs of the year and share as many other hits that charted in 1960 as possible.
