Continuing a long-time station tradition, WCWP celebrates LIU Post Homecoming Weekend with alumni returning to host shows they did as students. Many favorites from the station’s history will join in the fun from Friday at noon through Sunday at midnight. While “The Grooveyard” will be not be heard this week as a result, host Alan Seltzer will bring back “Seltzer With a Twist” at a special time Friday night from 6-8 PM.
Voting continues in our sixth annual Grooveyard Great 88 listener survey. The poll for the best songs from 1962 closes Saturday at 10 PM, the normal end of Saturday’s show. You can also choose your 10 favorite songs from 1960, and the survey for the best of 1956 just opened. You can also find the results of earlier surveys in the Great 88 section.
