This Weekend: Not a Travelling Man

While host Alan Seltzer takes the night off to recover from a minor flu bug and avoid potentially hazardous travel conditions, “The Grooveyard” will repeat our tribute to Dan Ingram.  We’ll feature recordings of Dan Ingram’s classic moments on the air.  The Grooveyard Top Ten focuses on the hits of June 30, 1961, the date of the radio host’s first “unofficial” show on WABC.

Love Songs SurveyAs a result of the repeat broadcast, voting for our Love Song Survey will be extended a week  There’s two different polls, one for love songs of the 1950s, and one for love songs from 1960-1963.  Pick 10 favorites from each group of years daily through February 9th at 10 PM.  You can also write in other songs if your choice isn’t listed.  Details are available here.
