This Weekend: Here Comes Summer!

Host Alan Seltzer celebrates this week’s Summer Solstice Saturday night at 7 PM with the Summer Song Survey.

As in past summer song surveys, the poll features both songs about the season and hits popular during the summer months.  The songs may have been heard on transistor radios while walking on the beach or at a picnic, or at an amusement park.  As in all our listener surveys, videos of all the songs will be posted on the Grooveyard website during the show. A downloadable survey sheet–similar to those available in record stores in the 1950s and 1960s–will be made available following the show.
