The survey for your favorite song from 1962 was a study in contrasts. On one end, Freddie Cannon was in the Top 5 for the eighth time n 11 years, and Gene Chandler for the 4th straight year. On the other side, Dee Dee Sharp reached one of the top positions for the first time ever.
